In collaboration with the Swiss real estate company WALDE IMMOBILIEN AG, I developed a series of three birthday card designs that will be sent to their clients and customers over the next three years. Each design features a self-made cake, decorated with flowers and topped with a custom candle shaped like a house – a subtle reference to the company’s identity.
The process began with exploring different themes of celebration and warmth, leading to the idea of handcrafted cakes as a universal symbol of festivity. Each cake was carefully designed, baked, decorated, and then staged for photography. The final images capture a moment of shared joy, translating the essence of home and hospitality into a visual narrative.
